The journey begins from Guwahati with a spiritual visit to Kamakhya Temple and a scenic Brahmaputra River experience. From there, the route continues towards Kaziranga National Park, one of India’s most famous wildlife destinations, where travellers can experience jungle safari and explore the grassland habitat known for the one-horned rhinoceros and rich biodiversity.
The itinerary then moves towards Meghalaya, covering Shillong, Cherrapunji, Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, caves, viewpoints and the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge trek. Travellers also visit Dawki and Shnongpdeng, known for the crystal-clear Umngot River, riverside views and optional water activities. Day 1 Arrival in Guwahati, Kamakhya Temple and Brahmaputra River Experience

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Guwahati Railway Station and meet our representative.
Get transferred to your hotel by private vehicle as per group size.
Complete hotel check-in formalities and relax after your journey.
Later, visit Kamakhya Temple, one of the most important spiritual sites in Assam.
Spend peaceful time at the temple and experience the spiritual atmosphere of Guwahati.
In the evening, enjoy a Brahmaputra River sunset cruise or riverside experience as per availability and final package confirmation.
After sightseeing, return to the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel in Guwahati.

Day 2 Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Guwahati.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your drive towards Kaziranga National Park.
The route takes you through Assamese towns, tea garden landscapes, countryside roads and scenic stretches.
On arrival in Kaziranga, check in to your hotel, resort or lodge and relax.
Spend the evening at leisure.
You may explore the nearby local area or enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Kaziranga at your own pace.

Day 3 Kaziranga Safari and Drive to Shillong

Wake up early and proceed for Kaziranga wildlife safari as per permit, zone allocation and final booking confirmation.
Enjoy the safari experience through grasslands, forest patches, wetlands and wildlife zones.
Kaziranga is known for its one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, deer, wild buffalo, birds and rich natural habitat.
After the safari, return to the hotel and enjoy breakfast.

Day 4 Shillong to Cherrapunji with Waterfalls and Cave Sightseeing

Day 5 Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek or Local Cherrapunji Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed towards Tyrna Village, the starting point for the Double Decker Living Root Bridge trek.
Begin the trek towards Nongriat through stone steps, forest sections, suspension bridges, village paths and natural surroundings.
Visit the Double Decker Living Root Bridge, one of the most unique natural attractions of Meghalaya.
Spend time near the root bridge and enjoy the calm forest atmosphere.
Travellers with good fitness may explore nearby natural pools or viewpoints, subject to time, weather and local guidance.
After sightseeing, trek back to Tyrna Village and drive back to Cherrapunji.
Guests who do not wish to trek may choose relaxed local sightseeing around Cherrapunji, subject to final package planning.

Day 6 Cherrapunji to Shnongpdeng via Dawki

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Cherrapunji.
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Dawki and Shnongpdeng.
The route passes through green hills, villages, valleys and scenic countryside landscapes.
Visit Dawki, famous for the Umngot River and crystal-clear water views during suitable seasons.
Enjoy a boat ride on the Umngot River if included in the package or available on direct payment basis.
Continue towards Shnongpdeng and check in to your riverside camp, guesthouse or stay as per final package confirmation.
Spend the evening near the river and enjoy the peaceful riverside atmosphere.
Bonfire may be arranged if weather, local permissions and package confirmation allow.
Overnight stay will be arranged at Shnongpdeng.

Day 7 Dawki, Krang Suri Falls, Tyrshi Falls and Return to Shillong

👉 Sky Hike reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, cancellation, rescheduling, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
👉 SkyHike is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused due to natural calamities or accidents.
👉Travelers/Trekkers must take full responsibility for their personal belongings.
👉Travel Insurance is not included unless mentioned. Strongly recommended for high-risk destinations or international travel.

Payment & Confirmation Policies

👉 100.0% of the total Trip/Trek cost will have to be paid 7 days before the Date of Travel.
👉 Booking will be considered confirmed only after a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost.
👉 Once we receive your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email with all the details, the Invoice & due amount, and the payment date.
👉 Failure to make a timely payment may result in auto-cancellation without prior notice.
👉 Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, etc.) must be submitted at the time of booking.
👉 For international trips, passport copies with a minimum of 6 months' validity and visa documents must be submitted as per deadlines.
👉 Payments accepted via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or bank transfers.
👉 Payments made via Credit/Debit Card may attract an additional payment gateway charge (as per the gateway's fee structure).
👉 Cash payments (if any) must be acknowledged with an official receipt.
👉 If you choose to book flight, train, or bus tickets through SkyHike’s team, Full payment is required to issue flight, train, or bus tickets.
👉 Transport ticket prices are dynamic. Final fare will be as per the live rates visible on the booking portals at the time of processing. Any price difference from previous quotes will be chargeable.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

👉 The advance amount is non-refundable.
👉 The guest is eligible to request a refund only if the paid booking amount exceeds 30%.
👉 If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the Date of Travel, 30% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If cancellation is made between 29 days to 16 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 80% of the total Booking Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
👉 If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Last-minute No-Show: 100% cancellation charges applicable. No reschedule. No refund.
👉 If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation Email, Sky Hike reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds will be issued as per the package cancellation policy.
👉 Transfer your Trek/Trip (any Trek/Trip, within 2 months of your Date of Travel) to your friend before 15 days of your Date of Travel. However, your friend will be eligible for the transfer only if they have not booked any trip/trek with us and have yet to travel.
👉 You can only transfer your Trip or Trek to those friends or People who haven’t booked any trip with us in a given time period.
👉 80% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for any other Trip/Trek for one year, if we are informed before 20 days of the date of travel. (1 Rupees = 10 HikeCoin)
👉 90% cash voucher in the form of 'HikeCoin' for the same Trip/Trek for one year. If we are informed 20 days before the date of travel, (1 Rupee = 10 HikeCoin)
👉 The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
👉 The company is not liable for compensation beyond the tour cost.
👉 Non-Refundable Items: Flight/train/bus tickets once issued are non-refundable.
👉 Permit fees, forest entry charges, or third-party service charges are non-refundable.
👉 Flight/train/bus tickets once issued are non-refundable unless the carrier’s official policy allows cancellation with a refund.
👉 Flight/train/bus tickets applicable refunds will be processed as per the terms of that organization or Booking Portal, and service charges (if any) will be deducted.
👉 No refund will be made for partially utilized services like early check-out, skipped meals, missed sightseeing, or transport.
👉 If sightseeing tickets have been pre-booked, refund eligibility will depend on the official cancellation policy of the issuing authority or managing organization of that specific attraction.
