Had great time on the Spiti trip with Skyhike. The homestays and hotels were comfortable and welcoming, and the food was honestly very good everywhere we stayed. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it was an amazing trip and one I’ll always remember ☺️

This tour operator doesn't plan it as others , no proper communication on details post booking No vehicle updates no contact and nothing . The tour on these dates got cancelled and there was no single communication abt that until I contacted them that too post followup of 3-4 days they responded and i was left with no choice to book another operator with high cost. Team is not proficient please do not opt for this if you are traveling from other states as there is a lot of chance that you mind land up booking with other operators last moment loosing booking amount with this operator and lot of hassle.

Amazing experience. We went to valley of flowers and Badrinath with Skyhike. Everything was as per our requirement. Our trip coordinator Anushka was very very helpful and helped us with each step to build a customized experience. Our trip captain Sachin was also the most helpful person who kept the motivation up. 10/10 experience.

I had booked a Kedarnath and Tungnath package through Skyhike. In the beginning, everything went well; the pickup was on time, even though the location had changed. But then came the turn of the hotels, which turned out to be very basic rooms—or rather, dharamshala-style rooms. Upon reaching Kedarnath, I found out that the room we were given was not the one shown in the video; we got a ground floor room instead, which was extremely bad and smelly. After that, we found out through the driver that Tungnath wasn't even included in their itinerary. The reason they gave was that it was overcrowded and there was too much traffic on the route, so it wouldn't be possible. When I pushed them hard on it, they demanded extra charges for it. I thought that after spending so much money, everything would be great, but it wasn't. The only good thing about Skyhike on this trip was their cab service, and nothing else. Really disappointed.

6 of our cousins travel with Skyhike. I would like to point out some bad experience with them. 1. Accommodation Issues: Experienced three hotel changes without notice. Promised hotel from the itinerary was not provided. 2. Poor Communication: Mrs. Anjali and Vinay started polite but became rude and misinformed. Their plan and managing trip is pathetic. 3. Payment Problems: Always wanted us to pay the full amount as soon as possible so that they can run out as soon as possible. Asked to pay full amount on second day of trip which was not mentioned initially in agreement. 4. Vehicular Accident: Brake failure accident with a dismissive response from Mr. Vinay and vechile owner Sainadh. Provided us a small vechile where our injured people had to adjust and travel for 7 ours. 5. Vehicle Arrangement: Repeatedly broken promises about vehicle arrangements. Last-minute switch to Swift Dzire cars with unexpected extra payment demands. They look for profit first than safety and comfort of Travellers. I will never suggest this travel company for any of my friends and contacts. Sky hike if you need to sustain in marker learn to care your customer first than just earning profits.

The Vietnam trip with SkyHike was very well organized. Everything was planned smoothly from airport transfers to activities. The group vibe was excellent, we all connected instantly. The team was always ready to help when needed and made sure we had no worries. It’s a trip that I will always cherish and recommend to anyone.
