I booked a trek to valley of flowers. Personally, I didn't like the behavior of leader. He is not at all professional. I was stuck in landslide with a group. Firstly, he didn't even pick my call. Even if u r arranging or finding the situation difficult just assure the team and talk? But he didn't care to do that.We then even asked driver to take the other route as others were doing the same but he was so rigid that he didn't listen. We were all hungry and therefore, decided to walk 6 km to eat something. After this our group stayed in a hotel in Srinagar and driver took the other route after 6 hrs to reach there and pick us. Secondly, they promised traveller as there were 9 members in group but gave a very uncomfortable vehicle, my brother couldn't even sit properly the whole time. However, guide was comparitively better he helped us couple of times which am thankful for. Don't book it if u r on a solo trip. To ur reply(since am not allowed to add one) First of all, we were 6 members. So, I don't know if u even remember the incident. After all that trouble, asking for me about 6km ..Really?? Yes we walked that much on a broken road and u didn't bother to help. U guys run a company and weren't prepared for the situation? I don't think it was ur first time with the landslide. Moreover, not picking the calls is professional but asking for what's promised is rude. Great! Speaks a lot. Adding to ur comfortable vehicle, yes it had fragrance of old shoes which gave us mind blowing headache!! P.s I never called guide to change route, so please get ur facts ryt first.
